Bring It In
Drop off your gear during store hours with a photo ID. Choose your pricing strategy and it goes into our inspection queue.
We Price & Display It
We research fair market value and email you a price for approval. You have 7 days to approve, negotiate, or retrieve your item. Opt out of review at drop-off and we'll put it on the floor immediately.
You Get Paid
Store credit is issued 8 days after sale. Premium tier items earn 70%, Standard gets 60%. Need cash? Convert at $0.80 per $1 credit.
Premium (70%): excellent condition, strong brand and program fit. Standard (60%): all other accepted gear.

Price reductions are not automatic — eligibility begins at the timeframes above, and all changes are made at store discretion. Final Mile means your item is discounted up to 40% with a 4-week pickup deadline. We'll email you before any item enters Final Mile.

Frequently Asked Questions
We research current retail and resale prices, then factor in condition and demand. We'll email you our proposed price — you have 7 days to approve, negotiate, or retrieve your item. At drop-off, you also choose a pricing strategy (Price to Move, Balanced, or Top Dollar) to guide how we position your gear.
Premium gear — excellent condition, strong brand, high demand — earns 70% of the sale price as store credit. Standard gear — all other accepted items — earns 60%. We determine the tier at intake based on condition, brand, and program fit.
Yes, you can convert store credit to cash at $0.80 per dollar. But we encourage credit — it gets you more value and keeps good gear circulating in the community.
You can retrieve unsold items at any time. After 8 weeks, items may enter an Extended phase (stays on the floor longer) or Final Mile (up to 40% off with a 4-week pickup deadline). You can also mark items "Retrieve Unsold" at drop-off to make sure they come back to you.
Store credit is issued 8 days after your item sells, once the 7-day return window closes. We'll email you when credit is ready.
